Due to the nature of our books and educational materials, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


**Damaged or Defective Items**

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within **7 days of delivery**. To process your request, please include:

* Photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging


Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


**Non-Returnable Items**

We do not accept returns for:
